GARRETT MILLERICK

An acclaimed stand up comedian, writer and director, Garrett Millerick is an increasing force to be reckoned with on the UK circuit. In the few short years since debuting in new act competitions, he has established a reputation as one of the stand out live acts of his generation. In 2018 his breakout show Sunflower became one of the best reviewed and most talked about shows of The Edinburgh Festival. The show played to packed houses throughout the month, and an additional show at The Pleasance Cabaret Bar was added due to phenomenal demand followed by a run in London’s Soho Theatre. Already a fixture at the country’s most respected comedy clubs, in 2017 Garrett became one of a new generation of comedians to be making regular weekend appearances at the world-famous Comedy Store. As well as being in demand on both the alternative and club circuits in the UK, Garrett’s stand up has seen him tour Europe, Australia and Asia. His debut radio sitcom Do Gooders was recently recorded for Amazon’s Audible platform with an all-star cast featuring Jack Dee and Meera Syal and produced by Hat Trick Productions. It is currently being developed for television.

FOXDOG STUDIOS

A double act comprised of IT professionals-turned-comedians Lloyd Henning and Peter Sutton. Combining comedy, computer programming and rock music, Foxdog Studios are making a name for themselves as the most innovative acts to emerge in recent years.

Bringing multimedia audience participation to the mobile phone in your pocket, the duo have performed their unique brand of comedy to sold-out audiences nationwide and played at festivals in the UK and beyond. Their 2018 Edinburgh Fringe show Foxdog Studios: Robot Chef sold out in advance, with extra shows added to meet phenomenal demand. The show earned them a British Comedy Guide recommendation along with spots on numerous publications’ top picks of the Fringe, including The Independent’s ‘Best Comedy Shows to see’, The Scotsman’s ‘Most Unusual Comedy Shows at the Fringe’ and The Skinny’s ‘Top Picks’.

Their previous shows have earned them them a nomination for the Chortle Award for Innovation, along with nominations for the Malcolm Hardee’s Award for Comic Originality and Act Most Likely to Make a Million Quid. Lloyd and Peter were featured in a profile in WIRED Magazine in 2018.
