Provided the event has not sold out, tickets are available to buy on the door.
For most events, it is cheaper to purchase tickets in advance.
We can only accept cash or cheque for 'on the door' purchases
For every three shows (not tickets) that you purchase, you can claim a fourth for free.
This deal is only available for tickets bought in person or over the phone.
The cheapest set of tickets are the free ones.
All tickets must be purchased at the same time.
We do not charge a booking fee for tickets purchased over the phone or in person, either by card, cheque or cash.
Tickets bought online will incur a booking fee of 90p per ticket. This money covers the cost of processing the payment.

Tickets are unreserved and seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
There is ramped access to front row seats.

Unwanted tickets can be refunded up until three weeks prior to the performance.
Tickets cannot be resold. We reserve the right to cancel any resold tickets.
Refunds will be paid by the same method as the original transaction (although Selby Town Council reserves the right to pay by cheque should the original purchase have been made using cash). Contact 01757 708449 to arrange.
In the event that a show is cancelled or a date changed a full refund will be offered including any booking fees or postage (postage will not be reimbursed if the original purchase contained tickets for other events which are taking place as scheduled)
Where the cancelled or moved event was a free ticket (as part of the 'Buy 3 Shows Get A Fourth Free' offer), a gift voucher to the original value of the ticket will be offered in lieu of a refund
Booking fees and postage will not be reimbursed if the customer is requesting a refund for any event which is still taking plave at the advertised time.
